Report Print Preview layout look different between new laptop and old one.

This is a strange problem in Navision 5.0, I saw a different layout in the same report at different laptop.

I have been setting monitor display settings and font size as same as old one, but it's not working.

Anyone has good solution who can fix this issue, please??

    Hi Rex,

    The printer that you use determines how to handle the case in which the actual paper size in the printer is different from the page size that is specified.

    Many thanks your reply.

    In this report, I have setup paper size (A4) and orientation (landscape) in report properties.

    I think is not reported problem, because 10 laptop only one looks awful.....

    So I don't know why the new laptop print preview can not as same as the other one.

    Hi Rex

    Could you please check "Check the Windows default printer settings" ?

    also check screen resolution but it can effect forms but not report. in addition try to maximize report.

    I have check print setting, but it's seems the same, print setting can affect print preview result?

    I don't know which windows setting can be effected the print preview mode.

    The display setting still not worked, but I have found solution, the laptop need install printer device and setup A4 paper.
