Getting Error in Full sync 9999 and Health check

Hello Folks,

I am getting this error while run full sync job execution.  I was unable to find the table in SQL database.

Then, I found this link and created the table but still jobs are failing.

Health check error. 

I have no idea why health check url is not working,  please help me to identify where i can check this into the system.

    Have you set store hours in channel setup? If not then please check below link.

    Yes, as this is having demo data. store hours are setup already.

    For the Full Sync error - open the "Initialize Commerce Scheduler" form, and select to override existing configuration.  After it has initialized it then go and kick off a new full-sync, that should address the error.

    For the Runtime error - this looks to be something completely different, and might need to contact support.    This looks to be a local dev box (not CSU), so you can start by looking in the event viewer  under Commerce-RetailServer.
