When Activities are logged against a lead and the lead is connected to an account, most of the time the activities are listed on the account. However, for some leads they aren't pulling through.
can't see any difference in how we've created or managed the leads so I'm not sure why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't?
Is there any difference in the status of these clues?
After my testing, I found that qualified leads will show activities on the associated account.
Like this:
1)Lead A is qualified:
2)Lead C is not qualified:
3)Same related account:
