We have a requirement to export the data for more than 4 million/40 lakh records from single entity and we don't have any option to filter the data in entity settings based on Item number and certain number of records. How can we extract those ?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You can export get them via Power query (Power BI) Or, you can export them to SQL Azure (Byod).

I think that Excel and csv format are limites.

    Regards,

    Hope that's helpful.

    Hi Graib,

    Thanks for your response.

But I could see below extensions in my data management n dont see the ones that you suggested.

If we extract it from UI to BYOD(Azure) or Power BI how we are going to extract it to Excel back again ?

    Hi,

You can export to Azure data lake if you want,
can you follow this link ?

About Power BI, you don't need to export to Excel Firstly,
We have an out of the box connector,
Just open Power BI desktop, then click to obtain data and in the data source you can select Dynamics 365 ERP

    Hope that's help
