Lookup value in conditional step of Web Form

Hi,

How to use lookup value as a condition in conditional step of the webform.

Example: Lets assume I have a lookup called 'Type'. it has 3 values customer , partner and employee. I have created a web form with 4 steps. After the first step, it should check the condition if the 'Type' lookup value is 'Customer' then the next step is 'Step 2' or else 'Step 3'.

    Hi Nandhini.

    I am assuming that you have a business process flow in your form and you want a kind of conditions to have a process flows with branching.

    You can follow this example : www.microsoft.com/.../enhance-business-process-flows-with-branching.aspx .

    Hi Nandhini,

    While at the time of creating a new step for webform..

    1. Select Step "Type = Condition "

    2. Provide you Custom Condition under "Condition" tab in step as below format

    [entity attribute logical name] [operand] [value]

    Examples: new_categorycode = 750101 & gendercode = 2

    new_categorycode = 750101 & (gendercode = 2 | gendercode = 3)

    3. Select the Step " Next Step If Condition Fails" to which you wants to navigate if condition fails

    Thanks Diogo. I have to add a lookup condition in conditional step of the webform in Dynamics 365 portal.

    In the same condition step, how to use lookup value as as condition instead of new_categorycode = 750101
