Customer Price Group not working

All users that enter orders are having their pricing revert to the item card instead of going off the customer price group.  Been on BC for over a year and this just cropped up.  Anyone else having this problem or is it just us?

    I do not have that problem.

    Could you have hit the end date for the prices in your price list?

    Or could there be someone who edited the customer price group fields either on the customer or on the price list?

    Thanks for the response.  I am the only one that does anything with pricing and I have chosen not to use any starting or ending dates on anything and instead update in real time as needed.  This works for our business.  And the fact that it is affecting seemingly all customers would lead me to believe if I changed one customer price group, it should not affect things like this.

    Also BC always gives 'best price', is the price on the item card lower than the customer price group price?

    The item card price has always been the best price but has always been overridden by the customer price group up until yesterday.  Is there some trigger that takes the item card over the CPG?

    Can you please check thees settings in the sales & receivables setup ?

    If it show lowest price you should change it to blank.

    Inge, that looks like a good fix but our BC is saying when I search for 'price calculation method'  that the page is used by a feature that is not enabled.  There is no 'Prices' group under our Sales & Receivables Setup.

    This means you are still on the old pricing feature.

    Keep in mind that it will be deprecated next year.

    The issue you are having might be due to the customer groups. Did you check that all your customers are in the same group/ groups?
