Hello All,
I have created workflow in lead creation to send email to owner,Here i need to insert an image in email properties,
can any one help me on this??

Hi Kinnu,
It's possible to insert images into your Dynamics CRM email templates. The trick is to make sure the content is accessible via public access on the web somewhere.
Create the html for the image in a tool such as Office Word or Visual Studio. Render the html in the browser and then select it. Copy to the clip board and then paste into the template.
If you simply put the html syntax in the email, it is what the user will see. Make sure you copy it from a render browser view.
This way you can insert you own company logo, etc in your email templates on the workflow..
Steps:
1) Create a html file on your desktop. Just have one line of code. For example I created a HTML file known as test.html. Open in notepad and copy the code:
<img src="www.domain.com/.../logo.jpg">
2) Run this test.html file in internet explorer.
3) In IE you will see your logo image.
4) Now in internet explorer right click the image and select Copy.
5) Open your email and paste there (right click and paste or CTRL+v). The image should appear :)

I am able to paste the image in the workflow properties,but when i sent am email am not able to see the image in the email:
Is the image publish on a public server?
