how can we get the usage summary Report form XRM toolbox

    Could you please provide a bit more detail on what usage summary report you are expecting from the toolbox? you mean the usage of various plugins?

    It does have log files, thats one source to see its usage i think

    Hi Kokulan,

    total number of logins by Month can do.

    i.e. Name, BU, Country Location, monthly usage. Current plus past 5 months if you can. However if you have FY19 monthly up to currentl, that would be great.

    Your last reponse seems to suggest, you need to first enable User Access Auditing in CRM. Please follow the link below to know how you can enable auditing in CRM

    Once you got the auditing enabled, you have some options to view the report

    01. OOB Audit Log Vewer -  Go to Settings -> Auditing -> Audit Summary View and it also allows you to do Excel like filtering of audit logs
