OnLoad script of HTML web resource on Case form not executing in Dynamics 365 windows app.

Added a html web resource on the "Case for Interactive experience" form. The web resource contains JavaScript queries on load and JavaScript functions. When the form opens in a web browser or iPad application, the scripts load fine. But when opening the form on a windows application, none of the scripts seem to run. Only the html elements load but none of the scripts run. Dynamically changing the source of the web resource using getControl(arg).setSrc() to pass parameters to web resource. Help would be appreciated.

Hello Apurav,

Could you confirm that you are actually opening the form "Case for Interactive experience" inside the Dynamics 365 app for desktop?

If you know for sure it's that form, coul you try to re install the application on your PC from the Microsoft Store.

If the problem still persists, then maybe it would be best for you open a Support Ticket. You can do it via this link: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
