I am using CRM online 2016 Update 1.
And since few days the issue comes for business process with Rules.
Below is the screenshot of the Error Message.
When hits Qualify button in Lead it shows Error.
How do I fix this?

Hi,
Guess its the exception from the plugin triggered while changing the status reason of lead, Disable plugins related to lead and try again it should work,
Then disable individual plugins of lead so that you will get to know which plugin is throwing the exception.
