Hi,

In the list of members of a segment, the link to the account does not work.

Is this normal?

Hi Fa,

I tested it and got the same result as yours.

I also added other lookup field into the view “Segment members”. All links to the lookup fields do not work even if the value in the Company Name field of the contact is changed from Account to Contact.

So it's nothing to do with the relationship between entities, it should be by design.

You can post your proposal on ideas forum to drive improvements to this issue.
