We have server side sync setup for 20 users at one of our client sites. It works fine for the majority of users, however for 4-5 users we cannot seem to get SSS setup.
We are using a service account with impersonation privileges on the users.
The test succeeds for outgoing email, but for some reason fails on the incoming test. There's nothing unique about the users that fail vs those that succeed.
Error messages attached, but effectively they say: Unknown error occurred while receiving email.
Any ideas??
FYI: Our setup is - CRM 2013 onpremise IFD (ADFS 2.0), to Exchange on premise (EWS published externally). CRM is in Domain A, client is in Domain B. Both have ADFS, and users sign into CRM (domain A) using their credentials from their domain (B), i.e. classic federation.
