UCI form header - reduce padding?

I want to be able to display more fields in the header without having them auto-collapsed and only showing 2 fields when the viewing the page from a smaller screen ie laptop. Is there a way to reduce the padding in the header, or another option to ALWAYS display 3 fields without having the 3rd collapse?

    Hi

The UCI is a fully responsive UI and it is designed to move the field into collapses area depending on the screen size. I do not think will be able to achieve what you want in a supported way.

Even if you create a Custom Control using PCF, if the controls take up more space, it might still push it to the collapsed area

If the fields are important to be visible, you could think about having them as first fields in the form body area

I have tried web resources  and that is being moved to collapsed area is the screen size is smaller
