Mark customer cards as inactive

Hi,

I have inherited a database which contains many customer cards we are no longer using. Is there a way to mark any of the cards as inactive? Under management for the vendors, we can place them on hold or inactivate and I was hoping to have the same capability for the customer (AR) side.

Thanks!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi CindyOnyx,

According to the official documentation, we can currently only delete cards that are not in use:
