Hi Guys,
I have several document templates that are linked from different entities. For example: Policy Number & Insured Car(s).
However when I run document template for individual policy its still pulling all the cars even if they are inactivated.
Any ideas how to hide inactive cars when running document template?
Thanks in advance

OOB templates do not have any filtering capabilities. They just go by the entity relationship.
For advanced templating features, AFAIK, you would need to look at 3rd party vendors now, such as XpertDoc etc.
My recollections, CRM Work Template does not have the filtering feature of which records to include in the report.
In contrary, with Dynamics Docs you can create Docs Templates by firstly setting up a filter (CRM View).
You can download free trial version of Dynamics Docs at: www.DynamicsObjects.com
