Hi All,
I am using Bank Management to post all my financial transactions on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013R2 and want to use Electronic Bank Reconcile to perform my bank reconciliation but keeps having this error messages 'There are 60877 unprocessed records or one or more unrecognised fields from the text file record'.
I will really appreciate if someone could of help to me.

Hello,
This could be any number of issues with your bank file format not matching what is in your Electronic Reconcile Configurator.
It would be a matter of comparing the following areas and making sure that they all line up correctly with your given file from the bank.
1. Electronic Reconcile Configurator
a. Go to Tools | Routines | Financial | Electronic Reconcile | Configurator to open the Electronic Reconcile Format Configurator window.
b. Select the Bank Format that you are using.
c. Click on Export.
d. Assign a file name (.txt) and a file path.

a. Go to Tools | Routines | Financial | Electronic Reconcile | Download Maintenance.
b. Select the corresponding Bank Download ID
c. Examine this screen against what you had exported.
3. Screenshot of the Checkbook Maintenance window
a. Go to Cards | Financial | Checkbook.
b. Select the corresponding Checkbook/s.
c. Examine this screen against what you had exported.
It would be difficult to troubleshoot this without a support case where we could view your file and determine what might be mismatched.
