when will the 2016 version be available in south america ?

I can see a lot of people updating to the new version but it still did not appear for me to do it, do I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right place for it, can anyone show me the right steps to update my crm 2015 online?

    ok, but to update I have to go to, Portal.office365 > administration CRM > updates, I am right?
