When i try and open dynamics 365 crm i get the following error on all dashboards. It was working fine then crashed.

Your crm instance is onpremise or online?
If it is onpremise, you can enable tracing on web server and see the detailed error.
If it is online, Please log support ticket to microsoft. admin.microsoft.com/.../Home
