When i try and open dynamics 365 crm i get the following error on all dashboards. It was working fine then crashed.

Your crm instance is onpremise or online?
If it is onpremise, you can enable tracing on web server and see the detailed error.
If it is online, Please log support ticket to microsoft. admin.microsoft.com/.../Home
Is this happening for all users or specific users?
It is difficult to clarify the cause just this image capture, but if you provide the contents of Technical Details and other information like instance URL, we can deliver the solution.
I recommend you to create a support ticket for further investigation if this issue is not resolved.
