Wondering if you could please help advise of the options or ability to create an automated alert to Consultants to make them aware when their investments for clients have come online in CRM?
For example, once someone has the policy number in Orphan Accounts and we have our New Biz records come over, she then will change the Prospect to CLIENT, assign the portfolios and finalize the Client Group, but right now, that ends there, so Consultants waiting for these to be ‘live’ don’t really know when this happens as we don’t manually inform them or have anything in place.
Depends on how you want to notify them. If you want to avoid emails you can setup a dashboard for them to monitor, but thats not a great option if they arent looking.
You mention emails, if you do that via workflow you need to have your inboxes approved and your email service setup, this can become an annoyance - from experience - and depends on who your email provider is.
If time is really dependent, I've had texting setup via emails - still would be workflow and youd need to know the persons phone number and provider (verizon, att, etc.)
I've also done a flow/power automate with this, you can send an email here, to me, this is the easiest solution for you.
