Hello Everyone!

Looking for someone who could provide us the help on how to fix encountered issue for a specific production order.

There was a created production order where status was already set to Started but unfortunately the production is now has to be deleted.

The production order has no any posted Pick list, Route and RAF.

When we tried to reset status into Created below is the error we received and multiple RAF journals were also posted.

For additional information, before we reset the status to created the status of the Production order is already set to Reported as finished.

    Hi Dhanicca,

You used the tag AX2012, but posted the question in the Dynamics 365 Finance question. Is the question related to AX2012? Your question is in the wrong forum, we will fix that based on your reply.

Anyway, is this the only production order having this issue? Can you reproduce this in a separate environment? Try to do a full x++ compilation and CIL build to see if it fixes the issue.

My apology for the incorrect tagging. This is an AX 2012 issue. I was just have trouble finding AX 2012 and to proceed with my query I just tagged it as Dynamics 365 Finance.

We already encountered this issue to numerous production orders just this day. Shall we still proceed with the compilation or there is other way to fix the issue?

Thank you very much for the response.

Yes, we were able to reproduce it in our test environment.

    Hi Dhanicca,

In between your post got moved to the correct forum, I noticed.

Can you try the compilation and build in this test environment first? The use of AXbuild.exe is faster compared to start the x++ compilation in the development workspace.

Thank you, André, for that quick response.

We'll do the above on our environment and revert on this forum for the result.

    Again, thank you.

    Hi Andre,

We tried the suggested action to correct the above issue but we can't still proceed to reset the status of the production order into created. Our developer said that the items involved in the production orders should already be investigated.

Thank you for sharing your idea with us.
