Security Role Privilege - Product In-line Grid

Hi,

Can someone assist with the proper Security Role privilege for a user to be able to read/write/create Opportunity Products via the Inline Edit View...??

Suggest you set it up as an OOTB Salesperson for Opportunity & Product. (You may want to restrict their ability to delete opportunities.)

If you don't want them to be able to create write-in products then don't provide: Override Opportunity Products. See Aileen's great blog:

I find it is best practice to not use OOTB Security Roles. In any event, this particular role has full access to Opportunity and Product (with the exception of delete, which is never given as a best practice), as well as Override Opportunity Pricing And still she gets the error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
