HI ALL,

I CREATED GOLBAL CUSTOMER IN HQ.BUT I CANT ABLE TO SEE THAT CUSTOMER IN STORES.AND I SELECTED ENABLED GLOBAL CUSTOMER FOR MULTISTORE OPTION ALSO AT EACH STORE.THEN ALSO ITS NOT COMING.CAN U PLZ GUIDE ME HOW TO DO THIS.

    Hi Abhilash.

    Create a WS 401 for all the stores and execute it. It should automatically download new Customer to all the stores...

    Hi again.

    Try editing one of the fields of one of the Global customers first, let say the Address field and try again the 401 WS.

    Also, try this next (I have already suggested this, but not sure if it worked at the end or not): community.dynamics.com/.../109771.aspx

    Hi Antonijo,

    Thanks for ur suggestion......its started working.As u said i edited one filed and make 401 WS.its showing all the stores now.

    Hi Antonijo,

    I have one more doubt in this,i want to make existing local customers in one store to global customer.When i put the same account no,its shows duplicate account no.Can u plz advice me how to do this?

    Hi again.

    Try by activating the GlobalCustomer checkbox, on the Customer properties (tab Customer Options) in the store, in RMS SO Manager, not in RMS HQ!!! Try with one, convert it to Global Customer and make another WS 401 for that store.

    Hi Antonijo,

    I have done this before,and i done the WS 401.Its shows warning issued while processing worksheet.Once i removed the check box of global or enterprises customer option ,the worksheet going normally.

    The warning is "A local customer with same a/c no already exists at a different store.Failed to upload this Global Customer"
