According to the Query, If you want to restrict user for selected G/L Account. Follow the steps
1. Create one Field in G/L Account table and one field on User Setup table
2. Write code on
> Gen. Journal Line fields on validate "Account No." and "Bal. Account No."
> Sales Line Field on Validate "No."
> Purchase Line Field on Validate "No."
> Service Line field on Validate "No."
At the time of selecting the G/L Account, system check the User permission and check at which G/L Account marked for restriction.
