Management Reporter Column Start and End Dates pulling wrong or no data

This happens only starting in the 2nd week of period 13.

The first week of period 13 is pulling the correct data.

No changes to the current fiscal year. Only change was the next fiscal year was created. Dates don't overlap.

How should this be corrected? Rebuild the DataMart?
