how to send workflow email notification with approve/reject option in d365FO

Hi,

i have used this below link and configured the workflow email notifications. but am not able to get the notification through email.

As per the link i have created a Email template for company based (System Administration -> Setup -> E-mail -> system E-mail templates )

but in the workflow configure -->basic settings--> under workflow--email template -->my created email template is not available instead standard template is showing

i dont know whether this is problem that am not able to get email notifications.

how to resolve this.

Hi Ram,

There must be something wrong in your configuration.

Can you create the template in organization admin module and check if this solves your issue?

Note- your template must be saved before, then it can be used.

Let us know if this resolves your issue

ya i have used that organization template as well still am not able to get the email notifications

can u tell me clear steps how to configure the workflow email notification with approve/reject option
