i have used this below link and configured the workflow email notifications. but am not able to get the notification through email.

As per the link i have created a Email template for company based (System Administration -> Setup -> E-mail -> system E-mail templates )
but in the workflow configure -->basic settings--> under workflow--email template -->my created email template is not available instead standard template is showing
i dont know whether this is problem that am not able to get email notifications.
how to resolve this.
