Does anyone know how to print a sample collection letter with a note?
I do not want to use the footer text.
I want to use the note field that is on the collection letter setup form.

Hi Alex,
There is no collection letter test mode available that would allow you to print sample collection letters. So the best option is probably to do this testing in a system that has recently been copied from your live environment. Note that you can always adjust the current collection letter code via the customer transaction form (collections tab) which basically allows you testing and playing around with this functionality.
Can you specify what do you mean by "footer" text?
About the note field:
Users can setup collection letter texts that are printed on the collection letters in the Notes field of the collection letter sequence setup field. In addition you can setup a collection letter text in the form setup window by referring to the different collection letters. If you only want to have the notes printed from the collection letter setup window, do not enter anything in the form setup window.

After creating the collection note, you enter the comment in form and it will be printed.
