any noticeable status if PO has been sent to Vendor?

HI All,

our clients want to check with kind of status which shows if PO has been sent to vendor or not.

Is there kind of this function? (leave logs that PO has been sent would be fine) or

if we need to code with AL, could you guys please let me know the codes?

It will be much appreciated!!

any noticeable status if PO has been sent to Vendor?

We recommend linking the sending of the PO with the Released Status. You could even create a Job Queue so that whenever a PO enters the Released Status it sends the PO to the Vendor. This way you know if the PO is Released it has been sent to the Vendor. The nice part about this is it works with Approvals as well, as the final step in the Approval is to set the Status to Released.
