the article reference is created automatically when creating the purchase order, but in this purchase order I don't know why it wasn't created, do you know why?

Could you tell us how the source of this purchase order ?
Did you get it created from a purchase requisition ? or you just create it from the Purchase order form.

those fields as i know refer to this purch line linked with (SalesOrder,PurchOrder,Prod,ProdLine,InventJournal,TransferOrders,Assets etc.)
If there is no customization probably you are opening purchorder without referance.

Just like Ferhat.S said, Item reference come from other documents if they are linked to the following documents : SalesOrder,PurchOrder,Prod,ProdLine,InventJournal,TransferOrders,Assets.
Your PO did not show anything because its has no reference the mentioned above.
