Affiliation for customer discounts

Hi,

I want to apply the discount to group of customers using affiliations and discount should apply as soon as we select the customer on transaction, I have created the same but discount is not getting applied after adding the customer. 

I have done the following steps. Looking for the experts suggestions.

1. Created the Price group.

2. Created Affiliation and linked with price group.

3. Created new discount and linked the price group.

4. Linked the affiliation with the customer.

    Did you check if the discount is triggering  in price simulator if you just add the customer, store and items ?

    If the price group you created for affiliation is new, try sending price parameters job as well.

    Hi Moiz, I was referring to 1100. My bad, I just checked its sub-job and there are no relevant tables.

    Since the promotion is triggering on Price Simulator, I assume some tables are not updated in the Channel database. I would first recommend sending an incremental sync of 9999, if it doesn't work try full sync of 1010, 1020, and 1050. If that also doesn't work, try a full sync of 9999.

    Is the promotion firing, if you manually add the affiliation to the transaction(without adding the customer to the transaction) using the "Add Affiliation" button?

    Also, consider the below.

    How many price groups are attached to the promotion you have created? If you have multiple price groups attached to the promotion and "Match All associated price groups" are enabled in the promotion, the promotion will fire only if all price groups are part of the cart. Ideally, when you create an affiliation promotion, you don't need to add a store price group to the promotion, if your affiliation is not restricted by stores.

    I tried using add affiliation button but its same.

    Only 1 price group is linked with discount.
