Hello,

I'm trying to set up the SMTP on business central SaaS hosted in HongKong. Unfortunately the test email is rejected with the following message :

"The mail system returned the following error: "A call to MailKit.Net.Smtp.SmtpClient.Authenticate failed with this message: The SMTP server does not support authentication.".

Please see below the configuration screen shot
