Hi All,

I have created one PO from the project module and confirmed it (using the workflow) and its committed cost is showing fine in the project. Now i cancel the PO and delete the line and submit into the workflow, but the workflow get stopped and getting the error "The line cannot be deleted because a quantity has been registered for the line."

Can you suggest me how i can complete the workflow and finalize the PO to remove the committed cost or the main motive is to remove the committed cost from the project.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Imran,

in the PO lines there is a button update line that includes the Registration function.

If you de-register the registration by entering a negative qty. you should be able to delete the line.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Imran,

Please do another manual registration for the negative quantity and then delete the line.

This should remove the committed costs from the project.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
