Hello,

I am looking for information on how to setup Customer Insights for B2B scenarios as described in this blog post:

https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/no-audience/2019/10/17/customer-data-platform-cdp-its-not-just-for-b2cs-anymore/

Specifically, how do I setup the profile to look like the image in the post?

    Hi Mike,

It's actually straightforward to achieve the B2B outcome in the unified profiles.

What you need to do is set the name of your accounts (or commercial entities) to 'Organisation.Name' in the Map stage:

I'm not actually sure what the field is for industry type as the sub-header - if you can, try look in the Map stage of the reference environment to see what they used.

    Kind regards,

    Halen
