Auto Share of sharepoint site on a Document related ticket.

Hello everyone, 

I would like to know if it is possible to share automatically the folder/site on sharepoint generated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM). So whenever I receive a new ticket/case or request from a customer and a file is attached or not the associated site is shared to the customer in contact of the case.
