GP2018R2 and Disabling Intelligent Cloud Insight

Many of our customers will love the new link to Intelligent Cloud Insight on their home page (if it's free), but we have customers that will want this link removed from their home page.  How do we disable this link (via dex.ini, SQL, etc)?

    Althea,

    At this time we do not have a method to disable/remove the Intelligent Cloud Insight page in the GP 2018 R2 home page.  What users should be able to do is go into Customize This Page and mark the "Default" option.  This should default them to their own user Home page each time they log in.  This seems to be the default behavior for instances of GP that are upgraded from a previous version.  We've only observed it defaulting to the Insights page for brand new deployments in our labs.
