Deactivated Accounts are coming in import data

Hello,

i have few duplicate accounts so i have deactivated few but when i'm trying to import data using excel template and population account lookup from that file then it is showing error of duplicate detection. can anybody tell me how can i exclude the deactivated accounts while using import data feature ?

Please check "Exclude inactive matching records" in duplicate detection rules for account

there are duplicate accounts so this can't be much useful.

Hey ,

1. You have to make one view in dynamic 365 account view that have deactivated account only.

2. Export this deactivated account to excel sheet.

3. Remove this account from your account import sheet using excel operation.

4. Import modified account sheet to Dynamic 365.
