I am trying to configure my EFT in the below format

When I try to generate I am getting the below message

"EFT File could not be generated"

I have activated the electronic funds transfer with CITI Bank in Jordan (Middle East), it is working perfectly with a couple of customers who has a huge volumn of daily transactions, double check your setup and check export file path, all might be reasons of having such an error.
