What is the difference between the built in Business Central HR functionality and the Dynamics 365 Human Resource option? I see where D365 HR is a separate stand alone application. What is the difference between the two?

Hi, Business Central is not a dedicated HR software, so there are very few HR functions. (can be customized if required)

However, Dynamics 365 Human Resources is a product customized for HR, which has many functions and can be connected with FO.
