Audit Changes Histroy

Hi,

I'm looking to extract a list of fields that have changed in Audit History - this is quite a difficult task as you have to go one by one on the audit history. Is there a better way to extract this information? we currently do not have compliance center in power apps which I know allow you to do this.

We are looking to extract Email - Phone changes over a period of time.

Secondly - would it work with a flow and auto post of notes, and then extracting these from an advanced find, this might save us some time in going one by one.

Hi partner,

Yes, we can use power automate to get record change history of audited entities.

Here is a reference link: Get Record Change History of audited entities in Power Automate (bythedevs.com)

We can also use KingswaySoft SSIS and XRMToolBox to extract audit history.

XrmToolBox(Audit History Extractor) is to get one time export, but if you are looking for something automated you can use Kingswaysoft toolkit, it will give your more flexibility to have different conditions.
