I can suggest you go on MB2-710: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment exam that will cover the most topics that are system admin related.
There are some modules covered (eg. security) in an MB2-716 exam: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, but most of the system admin topics are covered in the MB2-710 exam.
I would go for an MB2-710 in your case and then if you want to go for one more exam than you should definitely take MB2-716.

If you plan to be able to customize CRM, I would recommand to start with the: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration MB2-716
and then do Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales MB2-717
If you want to find some preparation videos for those certification go on the dynamics learning portal(DLP)(you will need to be a MS partner or buy some courses)
