End user able to delete Orders without security to do so

One of our pricers accidentally deleted an Order this morning. She has a Sales and Pricing role, but when I check Role Permissions for these Security Roles, neither has Delete privileges.

Has anyone else run across this? What do I need to set to remove delete privileges on the Order entity for end users? I am the system administrator.

You should check if they have a team membership which is giving privileges through Team's security roles.
