Management Reporter report groups don't appear in the Web Browser

Client is on GP 2018 and MR 2012 CU 16.

When they generate a Report Group with the Web Browser as the default, the reports don't appear in the Web Browser.

If they generate an individual report, it does appear in the Web Browser.

Is there a setting in the Web Browser that needs to be changed?
