Hi D365 FO Experts,

I am looking for options to filter the Vendor posted payment journal report with Vendor Account ID. Is there any way to get this filter. like with joins or any other way. Please suggest some workaround.

    Hi D365,

Records to include will show the tables that are used in the report query.

Navigate to the dp class of the report >>on the top they will mention the query used for the report using query attribute.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

You can do this without coding also. Select the Journal lines >> Select Add table join >> It will open the new form with all the tables >> Select Dimension code combination >> Click on "Select" at the top >> Now you can add the range to "Display value" field >> On the criteria field you can type the vend account id and ran the report.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

I guess field name should be Display value not vendor account.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

    Hi D365 Functional,

As Girish suggested create a new record in that select query and in that click on add table join and see what are the tables available there. If you find any table where you might think vend I'd would be available, then just add that and select that. So while giving range you can select that vend I'd. But I'm sure you should have a Vendaccount or Accountnum field to filter.

    Thanks

Also here directly you have LedgerJournalTable. I think join is also not required. In this table itself you have AccountNum field or LedgerDimension field. Please try with these.

    Thanks

    Bharani
