Load balancing doesn't work

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have setup my evironment with multiple servers (1 SQL, 2 backend, 2 frontend) the backend load balancing working just fine. When I turnoff one of the backend server system continue to work and the end users will not know about the incident. 2 frontend servers working too. I can access CRM from both frontend server. Now I want to setup a frontend load balancing so instead of 2 domain pointing to 2 different servers, I will have only one domain pointing to that server cluster. I have successfully setup that load blancing on Google cloud (all my servers are running on google cloud).

The problem is when I access CRM through the domain that I used for loadbalancing CRM just keep asking me for the username and password and I can never go through it. And at the same time when I tried to use the other domain that point directly to the front end server it workding just fine.

Can someone please let me know what cause this problem and how can I fix it?

Thank you very much and have a great day
