After i created a new entity, form and process/workflow. On the workflow it will send an email together with a word template(converted to pdf), but before i send the email is there a way to preview first the form like a webpage to view the data that i entered the form not on the word template (pdf).

For example i add some data on the field like (Name, Address, gender and etc) and i want  to preview the form with the data that  i added.

 I need some help. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi KinG,

    If I understand correctly, you have a workflow to send email which will be triggered on create of a record.

    Now, you don't want to email to be sent immediately after creation. Instead, you want to have a look at the form after the record is saved.

    You can try this:

    1. Move the current send email logic into a new On-Demand workflow.

    To be more specific, remove send email logic from current workflow, and create On-Demand workflow with same logic

    2. After record is created, review saved record on the form, and then use ribbon button 'Run Workflow' runwf.png to trigger the workflow created
