We have been struggling for over 5 years to implement our Dynamics Nav software with very little success. Our original Partner sold off their business to another and now we are forced to work with a new partner.
This current partner is not much better than the previous one.
There has to be some kind of accountability, who can I contact at Microsoft to get some HELP!!!!???
What is your country. Based on that someone can help you. Also if you could google you can find the Microsoft number. For example, if you are in Sri Lanka you can search like " Microsoft Sri Lanka" then you will get the number.

Sorry to hear this. Where are you located? Microsoft would point you to local Partners in your area. If you can tell me where you are I can supply back a list of local Partners I know of. Not sure if you are considering upgrading to Business Central. Given its been 5 years to implement NAV I would recommend considering the upgrade as the BC version offers much more functionality and features to the Users and your company.
