Atlas xl creation of templates v4

I need to create some atlas xl version 4 templates for importing into data tables that we added to dynamics.
The standard documentation is out of date (3.5) in respect of doing this.
Has anybody got any documentation that can help?

    Sorry I didn't realize it was a third party product. So no there would not be any documentation on PartnerSource. Sorry for the confusion.
