Power Automate mails not tracked in Dynamics 365 on premise

Hi Team,

We have created a power automate flow for sending email which will trigger on updation of Account table, then we have used connector as /Send Email With Options/ to send the mail. But the mails which are send from power automate are not getting synced in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Hi Partner,

‘Send Email with options’ is the Microsoft 365 Outlook connector.

Presently, there is not an option to track emails sent through this connector into D365.

However, there is a way to accomplish this using a different approach.

1)Using 'Add a row' to create one email record in 'Email Messages' (entity):

2)Sending the email through adding a 'Perform a bound action'
