Product Recommendations

Hi, 

I would like to confirm the setup required for the latest release of Product recommendations to appear on the transaction screen at POS. 

I have enabled Product recommendations on the Retail shared parameters.

I have manually indicated items to be included under Frequently bought together configuration.

I have added the Product recommendations functionality to the transaction screen using screen layouts.

I have run all distribution schedules.

My product recommendations are, however, still not appearing when I add items listed as "seed items" to a transaction.

    Hi Lauren,

    Suggest try below resolutions, if it still not working, please log a new SR to double check with Microsoft retail support team.

    Are you trying in Production or different environment?

    Easier product recommendations were not available for sandboxes - maybe it is still the case
