Prj Ops Tasks (Project for the web) - cannot use the Tab key to navigate across task lines

I hope someone can help

I have users in our business who claim that as of Monday (19/11/25) they are no longer able to use the tab key to work across setting up a new task line in Project Operations. The arrow keys work but using the tab key does not. I cannot find anything to support this. The tasks in PrjOps is driven by Project for the web I believe.
