Under Customer Maintenance screen (08.260.00)
Our Customer ID has a format IC-00001
I want to change the format to C-00001 where to change this?
I want to do the same under vendors
Please let me know if possible and where to do.

In Foundation>Shared Information>Flexkey Def>CustomID, you define how the ID is broken down into segments. You can change that as well as a separator value.
However, in your example, you have 2 different IDs. The only way to change IDs is by using Microsoft's Professional Services Tools Library programs to change a customer ID. There is no charge for the programs but they are only available for download from the PartnerSource web site so you could need to get it from your Partner.
found out and the customer maintenance ID is not auto generated.
I updated the IC to AR from backend.
